It’s a trying moment of our marriage could you imagine having a beautiful wife that is loyal to you but you can’t keep her happy, how does it feel, it’s really painful never wish, Money is not a key to happiness in a family there are many other things that go with it, for you to always have smiling faces in your house.

I am a long distance driver in East Africa dealing with transportation of petroleum products between Mombasa Kenya to the democratic republic of Congo. It takes me Three to four days traveling to and from my departure and destination, driving day and night. She had no plans of leaving me, she knew I was an addict but she couldn’t tell me not to chew she was afraid of me too.

One day I received a call from a lawyer that I was being expected in court, I was not aware what was up, she had taken me to court secretly for not satisfying her conjugal rights. I guess she was right it’s an Offence in Kenya for not meeting a partner’s conjugal right in Marriage. Perhaps she dint know that my Chuma ya doshi was no more, I couldn’t erect as a result of khat chewing, She always wanted us to have sex but I couldn’t, I was afraid to tell her that I had lost my Nguvu za kiume (unable to mate) .The following day I was apprehended in court to my surprise the complainant was my wife, she told the court that I dint meet her conjugal rights and that she wanted justice. In his judgment the judge ruled that it was an offence not to meet a partners conjugal rights and that I had to pay Kenyan shillings 100,000, (One hundred thousand) to her for the damages, and be taken for medical check up to determine my urge to mate, after the check up the doctor said that it was no more that I couldn’t erect as a result of adverse effects of chewing khat. After visit to various hospitals the doctors said the condition was irreversible, deep in thoughts of fear of being taken to court again I ran away from my family.
